There is a Holds to pull list available in community Koha. It is different from Koha Suomi -list.
Subtitles and edition come from Biblio- table. You are able to add fields to biblio -table by editing MARC framework
When you add Link to Title, the MARC field is added to Biblio-table Title -field. In order to get older Biblio -table records changed, Koha support must run misc/batchRebuildBiblioTables.pl
