• Cataloguing Cataloging has frequent changes, needs to fine-tune working environment - must know something about what is happening in cataloguingcataloging. 
• 3AMK: Cancellation of a fulfilled hold. Now they come thru telephone, email, chat and are therefore time-consuming.
