Title information is showed Subtitles and edition come from Biblio-table. You are able to add other title -fields to biblio Biblio -table by editing MARC framework

When you add Link to Title, the MARC field is added to Biblio-table Title -field. In order to get older (after that Biblio -table records changed, Koha support must run misc/batchRebuildBiblioTables.pl must be rebuild by system administrator).
