we have some partial feedback from Fikka on what to fix and improve, and after the beta phase, we will install this on production.

- MARC21 frameworks synchronization from marc21.kansalliskirjasto.fi: in active development, we are reworking the Koha-Suomi sample solution to the standalone librarian-manageable plugin, which won't require any experience to set up and can be installed on any new libraries later.
