Description |
Atlas is an online full-text collection of about 348 religion and theology journals. Access to full-text varies from journal to journals, embargo periods from 6 to 60 months.
Atlas includes following Open Access -journals:
American Theological Inquiry (Online).
Auburn Center Background Report.
Auburn Studies.
Lexington Theological Quarterly (Online).
Lutheran Mission Matters.
Missio apostolica.
The Covenant Quarterly (Online). |
Authorised users |
Authorised Users:
Current members of the faculty, researchers and other staff of the Licensee (whether on a permanent, temporary, contract or visiting basis, outsourced or retired staff) and individuals who are currently studying at the Licensee's institution.
Walk-in users:
Persons who are not Authorised Users but who are permitted to access the Secure Network from computer terminals within the Licensee's Premises. |
Permitted use |
All users may:
-Search, download, view, retrieve and display content.
-Electronically save copies of reasonable parts of content
-Print off copies of reasonable part of content
-Distribute parts of content in print or electronic form to other Authorised and Walk-in-Users. This shall include the distribution of a copy for teaching purposes to each individual student Authorised User taking part in a course at the Licensee’s institution.
-Distribute single copies of parts of the content in print or electronic form including email to third parties outside the Licensee for the purposes of scientific research and communication or to be used for the basis of discussion groups.
-Publicly display or publicly perform parts of the Licensed Material as part of a presentation at a seminar, conference, or workshop, or other such similar activity
-Use, with appropriate credit, figures, tables, and brief excerpts from the content in the Authorised or Walk-in-User’s own scientific, scholarly, and educational works including but not limited to books and articles.
-Reading impaired Authorised and Walk-in-Users may use Braille displays, voice synthesisers and other devices to enable use of the content.
Only Authorised users may:
-Make a reasonable number of photocopies of parts of the content
-Incorporate links to the Licensed Material in electronic reserves for the use of Authorised Users in the course of instruction. |
Prohibited use |
save as permitted in this Agreement It is not permitted to :
-Permit anyone other than Authorised or Walk-In-Users to access or use the content,
-Systematically make printed or electronic copies of multiple extracts of the content
-Display or distribute any part of the Licensed Material on any electronic network other than a Secure Network
-Use the whole or any part of the content for any Commercial Use or any purpose other than Educational and/or administrative purposes.
-Remove or alter the authors’ names or the Licensor’s copyright notices or other means of identification or disclaimers as they appear in the content.
-Publish, distribute or make available the content, works based on the content or works which combine it with any other material
-Alter, abridge, adapt or modify the content, except to the extent necessary to make it perceptible on a screen, to Authorised and Walk-in Users |
Remote access |
Remote access is permitted for Authorised Users via the Licensee institution's secure network. |
