The National Library of Finland manages contact between the system provider and consortia through assigned contact persons on each side as well as the system provider’s support.

The server environment provider of the library system for both consortia during the use of the Voyager system has been the government-owned and Ministry of Education and Culture-administered CSC – IT Center for Science. The National Library of Finland represents the Linnea2 consortium in quality meetings held with CSC and the AMKIT consortium, which discuss the service received from CSC. CSC also handles the updates to the Voyager system and develops the server environment.

The Library System Service also includes support for libraries in using the system. The use of the system will be developed as a part of the overall service range for libraries. The work is performed under supervision of library system consortia and supported by working groups formed from library specialists.

All Finnish Voyager users are in the process of switching over to other systems, and the services are to be phased out.
